Graham said: The metropolitan fiber optics project, a high-speed communication system, will become operational in early April throughout Rwanda, an official source said in Kigali.
"At the end of March, the metropolitan fiber optics infrastructure will be fully installed in Rwanda," according to Patrick Nyirishema, assistant executive director of the Rwandan Information Technology Agency.
