I've been a technology writer and blogger for the Globe and Mail, a daily national newspaper in Toronto, for the past five years and have been writing about technology and business for the Globe's print edition for about 15 years. I recently became the paper's first "communities editor," which means I am responsible for all the ways in which we interact with our readers -- including blogs, comments, Twitter, Facebook, wikis and so on.
