I'm a news addict - I read it and watch it constantly.
I consider myself a storyteller, and I love to figure out different ways that I can tell the story.
I'm also a 20-year-old journalism student at the University of Nevada, Reno. I'll admit, my declared sequence in the major is print - but that's only because I would have taken those classes anyway.
As of right now, I'm the former managing editor of The Nevada Sagebrush. I decided to take a step back from a 50-hour-plus work week to figure out this industry and my place in it.
I also freelance for the Reno Gazette-Journal, where I interned in summer 2008.
